What types of gate systems do you service?
We service all types of automated gates, including swing gates, slide gates, bi-fold gates, and vertical lift gates. Our technicians are trained to work on all major brands, including LiftMaster, HySecurity, DoorKing, Viking, and more.
What is your hourly service rate?
Our standard service rate is $250 per hour, with a one-hour minimum. This covers diagnostics, adjustments, minor repairs, and routine maintenance performed on-site by our experienced gate technicians.
What is included in a service call?
A typical service call includes:
Full system diagnostic
Gate operator inspection
Safety sensor testing
Lubrication and adjustments
Minor electrical or hardware fixes
If replacement parts are needed, we’ll provide a quote and handle installation upon approval.
Do you offer emergency or same-day service?
Yes, we offer priority service for urgent gate failures or security issues. Additional rates may apply for emergency scheduling. Call us directly to check availability.
